An Intelligent PDU also known as iPDU in short, comes with advanced features like power metering, environment monitoring , remote outlet control. It can be easily integrated with all available building and energy management systems. It has the capability to monitor all electrical parameters such as Voltage, Current, Active, Reactive and Apparent Power, Frequency and Power Factor of connected load, by using supervisory software using MODBUS over TCP/IP, via web browser using HTTP, supports FTP, DHCP, SNMP and Telnet protocols. It also allows users to switch on or off a particular outlet or equipment remotely.
